RQ Real Estate is the controller of the data described here. Reach us about anything concerning your data through the email or phone numbers at the foot of this page.

Registering for auction updates: your name, mobile number, city and the categories you are interested in. We confirm the number with a code sent to it before adding it to the list. The purpose is to message you about auctions and offers over WhatsApp or SMS; the basis is your explicit consent when registering. Ask to stop at any time and we remove your number.

The contact form and service requests: your name, the contact detail you choose (mobile or email), your organisation and position if you give them, and the subject and text of your message. The purpose is to reply and to follow up your request.

Your IP address when you submit a form or request a verification code: it is recorded with the request to prevent abuse, since we cap the number of requests from one address per hour. It is used for nothing else.

Visit statistics: for each visit we record the city, region and country, the device type (phone, desktop or tablet), the browser family and operating system, the name of the site you arrived from if any, the pages you viewed and how long the visit lasted. The city is derived from your address by our hosting provider at the moment of the request; the address itself is not stored. The purpose is to understand the site's audience and improve it. This data is not used for advertising.

The site sets one cookie, rq_presence: a random identifier carrying no information about you, valid for twelve hours, whose sole purpose is to count your visit as one visit rather than several. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.

Staff accounts carry a session cookie for the management dashboard; it does not concern site visitors.

We use service providers who process data on our behalf and under our instructions: Netlify for hosting, Neon for the database (servers in Frankfurt, EU), Cloudflare for image and file storage, and Google Workspace for email. When a map is shown on an auction or contact page, your browser connects to Google Maps directly under Google's own policy.

We do not sell your data, do not share it with anyone for their marketing, and disclose it only where the law or a competent authority requires.

The auction-updates list: until you ask to stop. Form messages: as long as their purpose stands. Verification codes: minutes, then deleted. Visit statistics: ninety days, then deleted automatically; aggregate visitor counts — with no details — seven days.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask what we hold about you, obtain a copy, have it corrected or destroyed, and withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time. Send your request to our email; we will answer within the statutory period after confirming your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

Everything you send us travels encrypted. Access to the site's data is limited to named staff behind a password and two-step verification, and every sign-in and every data export is logged.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under eighteen. If we change what we collect or how we use it, we update this page and the date above.
